Take a deeply embodied yoga journey in paradise with Yoga Collective Nosara lead teachers, Yali McGregor Daya Danielle Radl. This transformational week long yoga experience will enrich your practice, bring deep insight and plant seeds that will manifest into the most beautiful journey.

This retreat will include two yoga sessions per day of varied experiences. We will work with alignment of the physical form in asana based classes, as well as experiential sessions in kundalini, yin + restorative. Along with the yoga asana practices, we will delve into yogic philosophy, chant, meditate and enjoy the beautiful beach and energy of the sacred land in Costa Rica.

You will receive a variety of offerings during your week with us: sound healing, breathwork, meditation, earth-based teachings, fire ceremony and more.
