An intimate, invitation-only retreat for six women, curated and led by Yali McGregor
December 2–7, 2026 · Nosara, Costa Rica
What if ecstasy isn't something we need to find, but something we already know?
What if beneath the noise, the striving, and the everyday rhythm of life, there is a place within us that remembers how to play, create, love, laugh, move, rest, pray and simply be?
A Return to Ecstasy is an intimate retreat created as an invitation to remember that place.
Together, we gather in Nosara for an immersive experience devoted to the emergence of pure joy, creative expression, embodied bliss, love and connection.
To remember our bliss.
Throughout our time together, we will explore practices and experiences that invite us into an intimate relationship with the heart, the body, nature and one another.
We will dance.
We will breathe.
We will create.
We will receive.
We will immerse ourselves in water, earth, sound and movement.
We will gather around fire and altar.
We will listen.
We will laugh.
And we will make space for whatever wants to emerge.
Ecstasy, in this retreat, is not about escaping life.
It is about becoming deeply present to it.
A peaceful, blissful state that may open into something beautifully euphoric.
OUR HOME FOR THESE DAYS
A living temple above the ocean
One of Nosara's hidden gems, nestled within exquisite tropical gardens, overlooking Mother Ocean and Father Sky.
This is our landing place. A place to move, create, play, meditate, pray, receive and share. A place to slow down enough to feel what is already here.
Ecstasy, in this retreat, is not about escaping life. It is about becoming deeply present to it.
We will dance. We will breathe. We will receive.

— Amanda TrevelinoWould highly recommend Yali as your go to yoga instructor or plant medicine facilitator, especially in Nosara! Her years of experience, wealth of knowledge and dedication to these practices allow for anyone that comes into her space to experience profound transformation, healing and growth.
— Aubreay WilliamsI've been taking Yali's classes regularly for about a decade at this point. Haven't gotten bored yet - she's very creative, and makes the class fun and challenging. You know when a teacher has a deep practice of their own - Yali definitely does. An amazing teacher and an amazing person.

SIX WOMEN. ONE SANCTUARY.
A RETURN TO WHAT IS ALREADY WITHIN.
This is intentionally small.
There are only six places.
Not because we want to create exclusivity for its own sake, but because intimacy is part of the experience.
A small enough circle to be seen.
A small enough circle to be heard.
A small enough circle to soften.
To laugh.
To move.
To create.
To remember.
To return to ecstasy.
