Plant Medicine Ceremonies in Nosara, Costa Rica
Safe, supportive, and deeply intentional journeys
A Safe and Sacred Space
Plant medicine is one of the oldest ways we’ve been guided back to ourselves. Here in Nosara, Costa Rica, I offer ceremonies held with integrity and care, honoring both tradition and your unique journey. My role is to create a grounded, loving container where you can meet yourself in truth—whether your intention is healing, clarity, or connection.
Every ceremony includes careful preparation, in-depth guidance, and post-integration support. This is not a one-day experience, but a process that unfolds over time and becomes part of your journey forward.
What a Plant Ceremony Includes
Each ceremony is personalized to your needs. A typical plant medicine journey includes:
Confidential health and wellbeing intake form
A 30–60 minute intake call to connect and align
Preparation guidelines and ongoing support before your ceremony
6–8 hours of guided ceremony in person
Opening blessing, invocation, and grounding meditation
Intention setting and ceremony agreements
Medicine journey with full support (mats, eye masks, space to rest)
Nourishing meal after ceremony
Closing integration circle

Ceremonies may include psilocybin and/or heart medicine, carefully chosen and adjusted to your intention and readiness.
