Typical Day at Bodhi Tree

  • Sunrise Meditation

  • 7:00 – 8:15 am: Community Yoga with Yali

  • 9:30 am: Breakfast & group discussion

  • Free time: Pool, sauna, cold plunge, journaling, or beach

  • 12:30 pm: Nourishing lunch

  • 2:00 – 4:30 pm: Afternoon workshop with guest teachers

  • 5:00 – 6:30 pm: Sunset practice at the resort or Nosara beach

  • 7:00 pm: Dinner

  • 8:30 pm: Contemplation or integration circle
