Playa Pelada is known for its more relaxed atmosphere compared with neighboring Guiones, with its crescent-shaped bay, beautiful coastline, and slow pace.

I’ve lived and practiced in Nosara for many years, and for nearly three decades yoga and healing practices have been central to my life.
My work now brings together yoga, bodywork, ceremony, and retreat experiences in a way that allows me to meet each person where they are.
